a clock leaves our shop, it is fixed properly every single time. We never oil a clock without cleaning it first and we refuse,
in anyway whatsoever, to even consider taking a “short cut” when it
comes to your family heirloom.
Each movement is completely disassembled
prior to the cleaning process and once reassembled, it is lubricated
with a 10-year synthetic oil and bench tested for a full 2 weeks.
